Title and Summary
The Manager, Specialist Sales, SME Solutions UK&I, drives the commercial success and market penetration of our products in the UK&I division. Sitting at the intersection of sales, product management, and customer engagement, this role ensures solutions meet local needs while aligning with global and regional objectives. The position reports to the Director, Customer Solutions Architect in the UKI Customer Solutions Center, emphasizing customer-centricity and holistic customer propositions.

The role requires a sales-driven professional with deep understanding of local market dynamics, customer needs, and SME product positioning. Collaboration with Account Management, Business Development, SME regional product managers, and key stakeholders is essential to develop go-to-market strategies, drive growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales of SME products and services, aligning with revenue targets.
  2. Localization: Adapt solutions and go-to-market strategies to local market needs, regulations, and customer preferences.
  3. Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities through market trend analysis and competitive dynamics, executing strategic initiatives for business expansion.
  4. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development teams to engage with clients and prospects, advancing the SME agenda.
  5. Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end pipeline, including opportunities, portfolio optimization, acquisitions, and renewals.
  6. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement actions for continuous improvement.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams for product launches and market adaptation.
Required Skills
  • Master's Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Experience in account management and/or sales.
  • Strong expertise in the payment industry, including issuing, acquiring, and corporate payments; SME sales experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Track record of achievement in related domains.
  • Experience in specialized sales, corporate banking, or consulting.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams in complex organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and operational analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable.
