Our Purpose

Title and Summary

The Manager, Specialist Sales is dedicated to the UK&I division and drives the commercial success and market penetration of our products and solutions in the region. This role intersects sales, product management, and customer engagement, ensuring solutions meet local needs while aligning with global and regional goals. The position reports dotted line to the Director, Customer Solutions Architect in the UKI Customer Solutions Center to ensure customer-centricity and holistic customer propositions.

As a sales-driven professional with deep understanding of local market dynamics, customer needs, and SME product positioning, you will collaborate with Account Management, Business Development teams, SME regional product managers, and key stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies, drive growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of SME products, solutions, and services, meeting revenue targets.
  • Localize solutions and go-to-market strategies to match market needs, regulations, and customer preferences.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and drive strategic initiatives for sustained growth and market leadership.
  • Engage with clients and prospects to advance SME initiatives, in collaboration with Account Managers and Business Development teams.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including opportunities for portfolio optimization, acquisitions, and renewals.
  • Analyze KPI performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams for product launches and market adaptation.
Required Skills
  • Master's Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Experience in account management and sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the payment industry, including issuing, acquiring, and both consumer and corporate sectors. SME sales experience is desirable.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Experience in specialized sales, corporate banking, or consulting.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams in complex organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and operational skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
