Responsibilities
- Drive sales of SME products, solutions, and related services within the market, aligning with GDV and revenue targets.
- Adapt and localize solutions and go-to-market strategies to meet local market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer preferences.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics; execute strategic initiatives to ensure business growth and market leadership.
- Engage with clients and prospects to promote the SME agenda, working in alignment with Account Managers and Business Development teams.
- Manage the end-to-end pipeline, including opportunities like portfolio optimization, acquisitions, and renewals.
- Track and analyze KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Services, Marketing, and Product to ensure successful product launches and market adaptation.
Required Skills
- Master's Degree in Business or Engineering.
- Experience in account management and/or sales.
- Strong expertise in the payment industry, including issuing, acquiring, and corporate payments; SME sales experience is desirable.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business plans.
- Track record of achievement in the domain.
- Experience in specialized sales, corporate banking, or consulting.
- Ability to work with diverse teams in complex organizations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
- Analytical and operational skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
