KPMG Law is a rapidly growing part of KPMG, seeking to recruit a Manager (Solicitor) to support the expansion of our Commercial and Technology team within the Commercial, Technology and Data division. Experience and Background

The ideal candidate is a technology and outsourcing lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE, knowledgeable in relevant legal disciplines, and experienced in handling complex, strategic, and international projects.

• Experience in commercial contractual drafting and negotiation, especially in outsourcing and IT arrangements.
• Interest or experience in lawtech and legal operations or managed services is advantageous.
• Business development skills to support relationship building within KPMG and with clients, including responding to opportunities through pitches or informal engagements.
• Experience working with demanding clients across various sizes and sectors.
• Willingness to support and develop the team’s existing business.
• Participation in team and firm events, supporting presentations, and contributing articles for publication.
• Experience in financial services and technology sectors is a plus.
