How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
  • We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with deep expertise in both mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM) and distributed systems (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud- architectures). This role will lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for modernising legacy systems, driving distributed platform enhancements, and ensuring operational excellence across hybrid environments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in mainframe development and distributed system design.
  • Strong understanding of batch processing, data exchange services, and cloud architectures.
  • Experience with migration projects, especially from mainframe to distributed/cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
