YOUR ROLE

We are seeking talented professionals to join our Digital Acceleration consulting team within Business Technology, specifically supporting large-scale clients as they implement and maximise value from SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems. We need experienced Technical Project Managers at the Managing Consultant level, who can drive these transformations from strategic planning through to end-to-end implementation.

Responsibilities:

• ERP Solution Delivery: Lead large-scale ERP solution delivery, managing planning, stakeholder engagement, and change management to ensure successful implementation for clients.
• Business Development: Lead or contribute to client proposals, RFPs, and pitch preparations for SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems, actively shape tailored ERP solutions for clients.
• Internal Initiatives: Support internal think-tanks, whitepapers, campaign development, and practice activities.
• Learning & Development: Grow your expertise through continuous training and certifications, particularly around SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems.

YOUR PROFILE

We seek candidates with core capabilities and specific expertise for Managing Consultant-level and above:

Core Skills:

• ERP and SAP S/4HANA Experience: Expertise in deploying ERP solutions with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Project Leadership: Manage and lead project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of ERP systems.
• SAP/ERP Delivery Approaches: Capable of designing delivery solutions using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Skilled in presenting status updates effectively across different client levels.
• Business Translation: Translate technical changes into business-friendly artefacts.
• Budget and Timeline Management: Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Senior Manager-Specific Expertise:

• Strategic Vision and Roadmap Execution: Ability to articulate ERP transformation roadmaps.
• Transformation Leadership: Evidence of delivering digital or ERP transformations.
• Team Leadership in Complex Environments: Experience managing teams in complex, multi-vendor ERP environments.
• Cross-Methodology Delivery: Skilled in designing end-to-end delivery solutions.
• Capability Development: Evidence of mentoring and building capabilities within teams.
• Sales and Business Development: Proven ability to achieve personal sales targets.
