We are seeking a Manager - Sales Development to play a dual role:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of SDRs, fostering growth and success.
  • Contributing to Zenoti's growth in Europe as a key member of the European Management Team.

You will help build a strong pipeline and expand Zenoti's presence in the EA market through strategic outreach and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality MQLs aligned with company targets.
  • Coach the team in prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Track and report performance metrics, maintaining data integrity in tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Highspot, or similar.
  • Align with global sales management best practices.

Team Management Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate SDRs, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Guide outreach strategies, messaging, and call techniques.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead generation strategies.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 5 years in account-based marketing, sales development, or business development, with 3+ years in leadership managing SDRs or similar teams.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building pipelines.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales and the EA market.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop teams; experience in a matrix organization is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Highspot, etc.
