Overview
The VIL RTP International and Nordic team of Second Line Risk Management is looking for a Manager, Risk Framework (12-month FTC Maternity Cover) who will have responsibility for supporting the CRO and the risk-teams assuming responsibility for second line of defense risk management practices including risk reporting, updates of policies and process documentation including project activities, providing advice, guidance and support oversight activities.

Role
• Drive preparations, oversee internal reporting and support building aggregate risk reporting to senior management, boards, committees and external parties (including regulators) to support commercial decision making
• Support development and implementation of initiatives enhancing Risk Management Framework Capabilities in close collaboration with the ERM RTP Risk Management Frameworks Team.
• Support the rollout of the components of the Risk Management Framework including; risk appetite, risk management policies and processes, Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Risk tooling's migration and risk management culture.
• Assume responsibility for second line of defense risk management practices. Support in developing, delivering, maintaining and monitoring relevant policies, standards and best practices to ensure that services are set up and operated to meet regulated obligations
• Supporting collaborative working relationships with stakeholders, including Technology Risk, Sourcing, Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Compliance functions at the local, regional, or global level

• Team working - ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people. Work co-operatively with others as part of a team
• Organisation and detailed planning ability is essential
• Demonstrate strong disciplines with regard to accuracy and quality of output
