  • Deliver a blended learning experience using live training, virtual sessions, e-learning, role-plays, interactive workshops, and microlearning modules.
  • Drive adoption of sales productivity tools, such as CRM platforms, revenue intelligence tools, and enablement platforms.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to align training with sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline velocity improvements.
  • Develop and manage certification programs for new hires and tenured sellers on key sales methodologies, mission-critical tools, and solution positioning.
  • Translate complex product and process information into easy-to-understand learning materials that enhance confidence and performance.
  • Conduct engaging, hands-on workshops (e.g., objection handling, discovery role plays, deal strategy sessions) using gamification and scenario-based learning.
  • Maintain and update a central Learning Management System (LMS) with consistent, relevant, and on-brand enablement content.
  • Use performance data and learner feedback to continually assess program effectiveness and refine learning experiences.
  • Contribute to a culture of coaching, continuous learning, and field enablement by empowering frontline managers with toolkits and guidance.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or customer success training role.
  • Experience in coaching and training large teams- A Must.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS - highly preferred.
  • Track record of successful selling and/or successfully driving data driven enablement programs that drive revenue growth.
