*Job Summary:*We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Restaurant Manager* to support the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service, manage staff, maintain customer satisfaction, and help achieve business goals.*Key Responsibilities:** Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant.* Manage and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff.* Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.* Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.* Assist with scheduling, labor control, and payroll reporting.* Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and controlling costs.* Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.* Oversee opening and closing procedures.*Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business management degree is a plus.* 2+ years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.* Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.* Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.*Preferred Skills:** Basic understanding of budgeting, cost control, and performance metrics.* Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering excellent customer experiences.* Ability to inspire and motivate a team.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $17.20-$23.53 per hourAdditional pay:* Bonus payBenefits:* Casual dress* Discounted or free food* On-site parkingSchedule:* 10 hour shift* Day shift* Weekends as neededAbility to commute/relocate:* Windsor, ON N8R 1A5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Language:* Punjabi, hindi (preferred)Work Location: In person
