North and South Indian Restaurant**Employer: *Cochin Delights Inc.*Business Address/ Location of Employment:* 735 Wonderland Rd N Unit 17/18, London, ON N6H 4L1*Number of Positions: *1*Nature of Employment:* Permanent Full-time, Flexible Hours, Evening and Weekend Availability Required*Hours: *40 hours per week*Salary: *$23.10 per hour*Work Environment:* Indian Restaurant*Job Summary:*This position requires the successful applicant to be responsible for overseeing the production of North and South Indian dishes in a fast-paced working environment. The restaurant manager is responsible for managing staff work schedules, organizing restaurant operations, and maintaining the overall quality of the restaurant?s products and customer experience.*Job Duties:*· Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including payroll and inventory management· Implement and evaluate operational and cost-management procedures· Receive deliveries and implement standards on product acceptance and documentation· Oversee the training of new and current employees on proper customer service practices· Recruit new staff as necessary and train them according to the restaurant?s policies· Respond to and resolve customer complaints· Conduct employee performance reviews and implement dress and behaviour policies based on company standards· Plan and create staff work schedules and assign work duties· Implement and evaluate advertising campaigns, special promotions, seasonal events, and other occasional activities· Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses· Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations throughout the restaurant· Other duties as required*Minimum Skills Requirements:*· Completion of diploma or certificate in hotel/restaurant management, business administration, or a related field· Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a managerial role within a restaurant setting;· Excellent conflict resolution and time-management skills; and· Professional attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.*Please apply through portal *Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 ? 50 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:* London, ON N6H 4L1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 2025-08-08
