A leading consultancy in Macclesfield is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to manage teams and provide advisory services on complex commercial and quantum issues. The role offers exposure to a range of contentious projects and requires proven experience in claims management and dispute resolution, assisting leading contractors and consultancies. The hiring company is a Quantity Surveying, Planning and Construction Disputes consultancy based in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
They are looking for a Chartered (MRICS) Quantity Surveyor likely to be operating in a managerial role, either as a Commercial Manager or within a specialist Quantum disputes position.
The successful candidate must have had exposure to a significant number of claims on contentious projects. Ideally you will have experience of managing or working in a senior role on the quantum analysis for formal disputes such as adjudication, arbitration and/or litigation.
The successful candidate will be employed in managerial role, often leading a team responsible for providing high level commercial, contractual and dispute resolution advice to clients.
One of the real selling points to this role is the variety of interesting and complex projects that you will get exposure to.

Up to £85k Salary
+ Bonus (Circa 4% annually)
