What will I be doing?

• Develop deep understanding of global localization requirements such as taxation, invoicing, fiscal integration, and necessary Property product capabilities to meet these requirements
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to solicit, analyze and document business requirements and technical specifications related to Property product capabilities needed for legal compliance
• Work closely with Hilton Product, Software Engineering and EQAC teams, and external technology resources in the successful delivery of localization capabilities
• Create and maintain high-quality country configuration and handover documents, ensuring that capabilities are enabled and configured in line with the design
• Manage the activation and rollout of capabilities across regions, enforcing full compliance with defined standards
• Provide subject matter expertise on localization capabilities to internal Hilton and external vendor resources

• Professional work experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Technology
• Previous experience with international hotel operations
• Experience working in a complex cross-functional matrix environment
• Travel up to 15%

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree
• Significant professional work experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Technology
• Prior experiences in Hospitality technology implementation or Hospitality related Learning and Development
