Position Purpose
The Manager in the Lead Capability supervises and supports a Competency within the Project teams (Project Managers, Associate Project Managers). Managers provide oversight and guidance for project assignments and work with other Competency leaders to ensure the appropriate staffing of projects across Bands. They focus on successful project execution by ensuring team members are equipped with the working knowledge to excel in their role through their expertise with the TAIT Project Process, their familiarity with the business operations, and by maintaining and implementing optimal training curriculum per Competency. Managers also mentor and coach within their Competency, guiding team members through project planning and execution, as well as leading by example via the TAIT traits and inclusive leadership framework.
