Join the Europe Open Banking team and help shape the future of Open Banking! We’re seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Open Banking proposition for bill payment use cases and drive customer-centric solutions.

The focus of this role will be to drive the creation and market penetration of Open Banking within the bill payments use case, leveraging Mastercard’s strengths to deliver success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance bill payment propositions that align with our strategic objectives, utilizing customer insights, market trends, and emerging technology to shape our roadmap and achieve outcomes.

Role:

• Drive our bill payment proposition, delivering value to billers and payers in Europe.
• Develop and own the product roadmap for bill payments.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business including legal, regulatory, engineering, and other areas within Mastercard.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making and development prioritization.
• Help build knowledge and tools to drive commercial success, working with our sales team to refine our proposition.
• Maintain knowledge of trends in bill payments and Open Banking.
• Promote a user-centric culture to enhance the product user experience.
• Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviors.

• Experience in bill payments or Open Banking.
• Experience building and launching products and developing propositions.
• Product Manager experience, with the ability to define roadmaps, requirements, and monitor KPIs.

• Excellent communication skills with executives, peers, and customers.
• Experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver plans and vision.
