The Opportunity – We seek Product & Experience Managers to join our hybrid team based in London Bridge / Canary Wharf. You will lead multidisciplinary teams on major client projects, acting as a trusted collaborator and advocate for human-centered design.

You should be experienced in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, leading projects successfully, and delivering impactful digital products and services from discovery to market launch. You will work closely with various teams and manage propositions from initial ideas to delivery.

The work is large-scale, ambitious, and impactful—aimed at creating meaningful experiences that help people make better decisions. You will learn from top industry minds and collaborate across Service Design, Strategy, Research, Insight, and Technology.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead key workstreams across diverse Product & Experience engagements, shaping strategies and overseeing delivery.
  • Manage digital products throughout their lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
  • Ensure products are valuable and desirable, balancing design and commercial goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders to generate results.
  • Present confidently to stakeholders across functions and clients.
  • Use market insights and usability testing to inform decisions.
  • Manage engagement risks while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Coach team members on methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborate within EY to develop solutions for client challenges.
  • Support leadership in team assembly and business development.
  • Develop practice focus areas and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships to benefit EY and our clients, enhancing our community presence.

  • Proficiency with design and delivery software (e.g., Adobe, Figma, Jira).
  • Fluent in English, willing to travel as needed.
