About the Role

We’re reinventing financial advice to meet the needs of a new generation — people who want great advice, delivered simply, affordably, and on their terms.

As Manager, Pooled Wealth Management & Fee-Based Planning, you’ll lead the development and delivery of new client experiences — designed to serve clients who are building wealth, making financial decisions, and want access to trusted, high-quality advice without the barriers of traditional models.

This is not a traditional financial services role. You’ll be designing new services from scratch — building the team, defining the client journey, launching the operations, and using AI to scale personalized advice. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and compliance to bring these services to life. Your main KPIs will be sky high NPS and improved client outcomes. Most importantly, you'll be responsible for delivering outcomes that matter: client clarity, confidence, and satisfaction, providing the most human, innovative and personalized advice to Canadians seeking financial freedom!

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Launch, lead and ship innovative new advice services with the aid of AI.

You will design and iterate on the model, team, workflows, and human-first client experience.

Partner cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, sales, and compliance to bring ideas to market.

Player-coach a team of financial planners and financial advisors, cultivating an environment to deliver high-quality advice at scale.

Define and operationalize service standards, client segmentation, support tools, and success metrics.

Own and drive key performance indicators including client satisfaction (NPS), service quality, and delivery efficiency.

A builder — you have deep experience in launching or scaling client-facing services or operations from the ground up in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

A service designer — you have a strong point of view on what great client experiences look like, and how to deliver them.

A collaborator — you partner deeply with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, and ship impactful human-first projects.

A people leader — you’ve spent 2 years managing high-performing teams and know how to coach for excellence.

A systems thinker — you understand how to optimize workflows, segment clients, and balance personalization with efficiency.

A tech-forward operator — you’ve used tools like AI and automation to improve scale and consistency.

Industry background in financial services is not required — we welcome experience from consulting, consumer tech, healthcare, education, or anywhere exceptional service is delivered at scale.
