We’re seeking a passionate data interrogation specialist who can effectively tell a story through data presentation. You will impact the business by collaborating with stakeholders from COO, Exco, external partners, and regulators.

The Performance and Planning team supports the COO, Executive Committee, and Board with insights and reports on channel performance. We are a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to showcasing COO performance with commercial insight.

How you’ll make a difference

The Manager, Performance and Reporting, will support the team in delivering polished, regular reports on customer channels, strategic objectives, and performance against our strategic plan.

You will interrogate data, challenge findings, and create high-quality reports for senior stakeholders, utilizing appropriate formats. Building relationships with key stakeholders to understand business performance is essential.

• Effective communication skills, including PowerPoint and written reports.
• Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
• Capability to provide an overarching view of COO performance.
• Skill in identifying relevant data and observations.
