The Deal Execution team is part of KPMG’s Strategy Group, delivering value through innovative thinking, industry insights, and rigorous execution. We are a diverse team of over 105 practitioners, collaborating across KPMG’s Advisory capabilities to serve clients through various stages of business transactions and transformations.
Our People in M&A Centre of Excellence focus on all aspects of the employee journey in M&A and transformational change outside of deals. We handle strategy development, organizational design, synergy analysis, employee experience, culture, transfer, and designing effective solutions to maximize client value and ensure smooth transitions.
