Base Location: London, Bristol or Manchester, plus consideration for Leeds or Birmingham, and a network of 20 offices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and delivering client engagements, especially complex change and transformation programs (People-Centric Transformation), including Target Operating Model Design, Organisational Redesign, Digital Transformation, etc.
  • Leading teams of consultants and collaborating with client teams to achieve project goals.
  • Providing expert advice, contributing to business development, and developing proposals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience managing complex transformation projects with a versatile skill set.
  • Knowledge of areas like Target Operating Model, Organisational Redesign, Digital Transformation, etc.
  • Experience working within the IGH market areas, especially Defence and Justice.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and business development skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Extras:

  • Experience with psychometric assessments, project management (e.g., PRINCE2), or change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
  • Interest or experience in Defence sector is preferred.
