Job Description:
  • Undertaking tasks involved in creating recruitment activities, such as prospecting and interviewing to source potential Partners and Advisers.
  • Progressing recruitment activities toward the recruitment and selection of new Partners and Advisers, including Insights, Business Planning, Proposition to Recruit, and Proposition to Clients.
  • Developing relationships to a level where prospective Partners or Advisers decide to accept the invitation to join SJP.
  • Supporting and consulting with Partners on creating compelling propositions for new recruits.
  • Ensuring that all recruitment and selection processes follow company-prescribed procedures to maintain professionalism and control.
  • Maintaining and developing industry and marketplace knowledge to improve recruitment efforts and maintain local intelligence of potential recruits.

We’re looking for an ambitious, driven individual who has:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience recruiting Advice Professionals and a detailed understanding of SJP’s recruitment process and risk criteria.
  • Strong knowledge of SJP’s proposition, quality measures (PQS), and our proposition to clients via Advice Professionals.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to overcome objections, and navigate complex recruits.
