Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Manager, Partnership Delivery.

In this role, you will support the Senior Partnerships Managers in managing Club Partners to achieve their marketing and partnership objectives. You will also build relationships with internal departments to ensure the effective delivery of partner campaigns, involving appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

  • Maintain regular interaction with Partner contacts to build strong working relationships (travel may be involved).
  • Be responsible for delivering reports for your Partners, using statistics to brief them on LFC’s global reach and demonstrate KPIs.
  • Develop trust and confidence within the Partner organisations you manage.
  • Identify key KPIs with each Partner and produce case studies for each campaign.
  • Support the Senior Manager in delivering 360° account management, including planning, delivery, measurement, financial reporting, and feedback.
  • Implement creative marketing activation plans to generate tangible ROI for Partners.
  • Stay informed about Partner industries and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with other Club departments.
  • Assist with renewal and new business discussions as requested.
  • Manage additional projects assigned by Senior Partnerships Managers, including financial and budget tasks.
  • Contribute positively to the Partnership Team and collaborate with all stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a business-related subject or significant relevant experience in Partnership or Sponsorship roles. Experience within sports marketing and managing multiple accounts is essential. Knowledge of marketing campaigns, brand trends, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) is required. IT skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are necessary, along with event management experience. Previous experience with betting brands is preferred but not essential.

You should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple relationships with senior clients, and excellent communication skills. The role requires working under time pressures and meeting project deadlines, with a focus on customer service, industry awareness, and attention to detail.
