To support the Firm’s expanding Equity Partner population, we have an opportunity for a finance professional to join our team.

This role involves working closely with the most senior members of our business (owners), supporting and guiding them throughout their lifecycle with the firm and beyond. Responsibilities include managing lateral hires, promotions, capital injections, monthly draws, profit distributions, financial statements, retirement, and pension annuities.

We are seeking a qualified accountant with strong spreadsheet skills and meticulous attention to detail. The candidate should be confident in asking questions, challenging existing processes, and taking the initiative to implement changes. The ability to influence others and challenge the status quo as needed is essential.
