Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking a Manager of Maintenance & Working Program to join our team!
The Facilities and Work Program Manager is responsible for overseeing, administering, and maintaining all Catholic Charities properties, including facility operations, repairs, and construction projects. This role also leads the agency’s Work Program, which provides job skills training and work experience for participants in our Crozier House residential substance abuse treatment program.
This position ensures facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, while providing supervision, mentorship, and instruction to Work Program participants. The role collaborates with internal leadership, vendors, and contractors to manage space utilization, plan renovations, support expansions, and oversee facility closures as needed.

This is a full-time, salaried position with an expected pay range of $62,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Eligible for agency benefits listed below.
