Job description

We’re seeking a Manager to join our Private Client team in Jersey on a fixed-term contract covering parental leave. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of trust structures for wealthy families, family offices, and owner-managed businesses, acting as a technical expert and ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Key responsibilities include client relationship management, overseeing board and statutory processes, guiding junior staff, and contributing to team targets and business development. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and ensure all client records and communications are handled with integrity.

You should hold a JFSC-recognised qualification (ICSA/STEP/ACCA), have prior experience in a similar role, and bring strong people management, problem-solving, and technical trust expertise.
