An educational institution in Wembley seeks a passionate educator to lead the Additionally Resourced Provision for students with Speech, Language, and Communication Needs. The successful candidate will have the vision, creativity and experience to lead and manage ‘Lighthouse’, the Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP), for twelve students with Speech, Language and Communication Needs. In addition, they will play a key role as part of the Learning Support Department by assisting the Head of Inclusion (SENco) to deliver whole school training and in securing the best possible outcomes for students with communication and interaction needs across the school. They will join an energetic school which strives to ensure that all students have the highest standards of behaviour, enjoy learning and surpass expectations of achievement.
