Purpose of Position | This position provides comprehensive support to the Dean of the College of Education, ensuring the Dean is equipped with timely and relevant information for meetings, events, and initiatives. Responsibilities include managing the Dean's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, monitoring compliance training completion, and assisting in the prioritization of tasks and timelines. Additionally, the role oversees the planning and execution of events and programs hosted by the College. The incumbent will serve as the administrator for college strategic initiatives, tracking and analyzing metrics, and generating data reports to support the College's strategic goals. Marketing responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison to the Office of Marketing and Communications (MarComm) to maintain and update the College's website, develop and distribute marketing materials, and manage the College's presence on social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement. |
