Qualifications

About the role

EPAM is seeking an experienced Change Management Business Consultant to join our Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consulting Practice. This hybrid role involves some travel to client sites as needed.

Due to increasing demand for our OCM services, we are looking for experienced Change Management Consultants to join our Business Consulting, Strategy & Advisory teams. You will collaborate with industry-leading delivery teams to lead, develop, and deliver end-to-end Change Management engagements, expanding your portfolio and helping develop our UK/EMEA capabilities aligned with our global OCM standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Support internal OCM capability growth and contribute to key accounts.
  2. Enhance the OCM brand across UK and EMEA regions.
  3. Develop and implement comprehensive change management programs, including articulating the case for change and necessary interventions.
  4. Create detailed impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
  5. Design and execute communication, readiness, and training plans.
  6. Develop high-quality learning and development materials and lead training sessions.
  7. Monitor adoption effectiveness.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messages appropriately.
Requirements
  1. Management consulting experience, preferably from Big 5 firms, leading change management programs across all lifecycle stages.
  2. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  3. Strong skills in change analysis, design, facilitation, and execution, especially in large-scale systems implementations and data & analytics projects.
  4. Sales mindset with a focus on growing OCM capabilities.
  5. Deep knowledge of Change Management and Target Operating Model Design principles.
  6. Proactive self-starter capable of building credible internal relationships and demonstrating value to clients.
  7. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
