A global leader in product innovation is seeking a skilled professional to drive the Global Ninja Recipe Strategy from their London office. This full-time position offers a dynamic and hybrid work environment, with responsibilities ranging from recipe development to team mentorship, and an emphasis on culinary expertise. This is a full time position is based in London (Battersea Power Station, hybrid - 3 days a week), with an expectation of up to 30% travel around the UK/EU, as well as Latin America.
Lead and execute the Global Ninja Recipe Strategy for EMEA/LATAM, aligning with product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
Oversee recipe development across multiple platforms, including in-box recipe books, brand partnerships, and digital/social content.
Manage and mentor a team of chefs and recipe developers, ensuring impactful execution of recipe strategies.
Act as a culinary subject matter expert, driving innovation and ensuring recipes highlight key product benefits.
Conduct competitor product testing and collaborate with global teams to provide real-time insights throughout product development.
5+ years of experience in culinary, marketing, or management, with a background in product-driven recipe development.
Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinology, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience hiring, mentoring, and managing teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
Willingness to travel up to 30% across UK/EU and Latin America.
