Job Description
What will you be doing?
To manage complex compliance projects as a member of a leading, global Monitoring Trustee practice; acting as the eyes and ears of the competition authorities.
You will take ownership of the oversight of implementation of structural and/or behavioural remedies by large multinational companies. You will manage the day-to-day work of multidisciplinary teams and be responsible for drafting regular reports to the competition authorities.
You will work on high-profile cases, involving global and listed companies, and report to competition authorities around the globe including: the European Commission, the UK Competition and Markets Authority, the Federal Trade Commission in the US and the State Administration for Market Regulation in China.
Your project portfolio will include Big Tech regulation and a wide range of sectors such as: financial services, aviation, consumer goods, utilities, etc.
