Area of Responsibilities:
  • Drive our global marketing strategy at a regional level, covering Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, retailer marketing, Fairs, Digital, Brand Communication, and PR & influencer activities.
  • Execute and coordinate the global strategy for new product launches within the region.
  • Strategic marketing planning for local brand building and positioning.
  • Oversee marketing communications, including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, events, social media, and editorial marketing.
  • Serve as the marketing Go-To person for the General Manager & Head of Sales.
  • Develop and manage channel and partner strategies, marketing plans, and programs.
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team and customers in executing the global POS excellence strategy and oversee marketing planning for POS.
  • Collaborate with the Global Trade team, in-house architect, and other parties to support the implementation of brand Shop-in-Shop, Side-by-Side, and branded areas.
  • Oversee digital channels and execution of e-retail guidelines in your market to increase online brand presence.
  • Plan and drive events with key stakeholders both online and offline.
  • Manage the local marketing budget, including planning, management, and monthly forecasting.
  • Analyze market trends, customer journey, and consumer behaviors within the region, online and offline.
Profile of Qualifications:
  • Successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields, or have at least 7+ years of experience in marketing within a brand/consumer-centric environment.
  • Ideally, 2-3+ years of relevant experience as a Marketing Manager in a similar environment.
  • Strong goal and customer focus.
  • Brand-driven with an affinity for design and the ability to balance commercial objectives.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing plans.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Leadership skills and strong communication abilities preferred.
  • Hands-on, proactive, assertive, and driven.
  • Analytical with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across marketing disciplines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
