Digital Realty, a global leader in data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions, is seeking a seasoned Content Strategy Manager to join our Global Content Strategy & Campaigns team. This pivotal role will focus on driving brand awareness and achieving business objectives through innovative content strategies and collaborative efforts across regional and country marketing teams.

What you’ll do

Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

  • Partner with sub-regional and country marketing teams to develop and refine comprehensive marketing strategies and plans tailored to specific markets.
  • Design and implement integrated campaigns across digital channels—email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing—ensuring alignment with local market needs and business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data to provide actionable recommendations and drive improvements.

Content Marketing Strategy:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills to create content aligned with Digital Realty’s value proposition, and to lead contractors, freelancers, and peers.
  • Formulate and execute an EMEA-focused content marketing strategy that aligns with global objectives and regional nuances.
  • Oversee creation of content assets—blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos—that engage audiences and support campaign goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Engage with internal teams (sales, product management, operations) and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and country marketing teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage content review processes to ensure consistency and relevance across all materials.

Industry Expertise and Best Practices:

  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Share insights and industry knowledge to enhance team effectiveness.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 6+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on content marketing and integrated campaigns.
  • Proven success in developing and executing content marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional internal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across regions and manage content review processes.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and recommend improvements.
