Our social service programsaddress community needs in a uniquely challenging and increasingly diverse GTA community. CCS is home to Caledon?s only accessible transportation program, the Exchange Community Hub that includes food support and a range of activities, the Caledon Specialist Clinic, and personal support services for seniors. We offer settlement services and language classes for newcomers and comprehensive employment services for job seekers and local businesses. We provide paid training programs for Caledon youth as well as exciting internships and volunteer opportunities. Finally, we invite the community to shop at Evolve, a retail shopping destination. We host a variety of fundraising events annually. We invite you to volunteer with us. Proceeds raised support service delivery for many of our programs. Learn more at ccs4u.org.*Our Customer Service Vision: Making it Easy to Ask, Participate and Give**Key Responsibilities:**1. Campaign Strategy & Execution** Develop and manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with strategic objectives.* Lead multi-channel campaigns for events, seasonal giving, and service promotion.* Coordinate with Fund Development to support donor acquisition and retention campaigns.*2. Digital & Social Media Management** Manage content strategy and publishing schedule across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). including but not limited to' as new platforms are regularly being considered.* Oversee paid digital advertising and SEO/SEM campaigns.* Monitor web analytics and social KPIs; adjust content to optimize performance.*3. Brand Management** Uphold CCS brand standards across all touchpoints.* Develop visual templates and coordinate with design support (internal or freelance).* Maintain consistency in messaging and brand identity across materials.*4. Community Engagement & Outreach** Collaborate with teams to support pop-up events, local visibility campaigns, and seasonal outreach.* Oversee development of promotion materials including posters, signage, and digital banners.*5. Leadership & Cross-Departmental Coordination** Liaise with Fund Development, People & Culture, and Program teams* Mentor interns or junior staff; contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven culture.*6. Vendor Oversight & Resource Management** Evaluate the performance and value of marketing-related vendors (e.g., digital ads, web developers, design contractors).* Determine levels of engagement based on specialty, scope, and ROI.* Recommend continued use or replacement of vendors in alignment with strategic goals and budget.*Qualification Criteria:**Job Requirements:** Bachelor?s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably in the nonprofit or social service sector.* Proficiency in campaign management, digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, MS 365), and CMS systems.* Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite or similar design tools.*Core Competencies & Skills:** Strategic planning and project management* Digital marketing and analytics interpretation* Cross-functional collaboration and team leadership* Innovation, creativity, and content adaptability* Community orientation and cultural competence* Vendor relationship management and evaluation* D
