In this role, you’ll take the lead on delivering tactical partnership initiatives while supporting wider strategic efforts to drive member acquisition, boost Masterbrand awareness, and contribute to commercial success. Your day to day

•Execute on & above-property revenue-driving & member acquisition tactics to accelerate loyalty & commercial performance for all brands.
•Manage tracking of partnership performance in each market (e.g., revenue, acquisition, contribution) and implement partnership tactics to optimize performance and deliver contribution and incremental revenue working with marketing teams.
•Help represent the program & partnerships cross functionally and ensure that tangible insights are effectively communicated, and action plans developed to address challenges, exploit opportunities and drive growth.
•Collaborate with Loyalty Performance team to ensure that regional needs are appropriately incorporated into the global L&P strategy.
•Communicate and integrate global Loyalty & Partnership plans with Business Unit plans and ensure a robust feedback loop.
•Optimise performance for growing portfolio of market partners in region.
•Support local sponsorship requirements according to market need.

What we need from you

We’re not just looking for someone who can do the job — we need someone who can thrive in it. That means being comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment where priorities shift quickly and collaboration across teams, time zones, and business units is the norm.
You’ll need to bring strong commercial awareness, be confident working with data, and have a natural ability to connect dots across teams and markets. If you're proactive, adaptable, and can balance detail with big-picture thinking — all while keeping pace with a dynamic, international business — we want to hear from you.

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

•Results-Driven Mindset – A strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes through effective implementation and follow-through.
•Change Leadership – Ability to champion innovation and adapt quickly within a complex, global organisation.
•Collaborative Approach – Experience working with and leading cross-functional, international teams to achieve shared goals.
•Influencing Skills – Confidence in working across functions to align stakeholders and drive commercial and marketing performance in key regions.
•Clear Communicator – Skilled at presenting ideas clearly and building strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
•Problem Solver – Able to analyse issues at their root and deliver practical solutions across operational and tactical areas.
•Project Management – Proven ability to plan, organise and execute initiatives across teams and markets.
•Technical Skills – Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
•A second language is a plus, but not essential.
