Job Title: Manager, Biopharma Commercialization & Analytics

Location: Boston OR New York OR Remote

Job Description:

As a Manager, you will:

  1. Lead projects, manage people, and deliver results to clients.
  2. Focus on mastering team management and progressing into firm leadership.
  3. Provide project oversight and strategic direction.
  4. Collaborate with all employee levels to deliver meaningful work.
  5. Learn foundational business and strategy skills applicable throughout your career.
Responsibilities:
Technical & Content Advisor

Provide sound guidance to project teams and leadership with strong analytical thinking skills and content knowledge. Develop specific expertise based on experience, project work, and interest.

Product Content & Delivery

Fully own the development and delivery of high-quality, rigorously QC’d, and well-organized content.

Operations, Processes, & BD Support

Supervise day-to-day operations and brainstorm with leadership to identify future strategic opportunities.

People Management

Support the development of 1-5 junior team members. Monitor performance, provide feedback, identify needs, and offer coaching and training.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  1. 4+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or relevant life sciences areas.
  2. Advanced degree or relevant educational experience highly desired.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and quantitative skills.
  4. Interest in the evolving healthcare industry.
  5. Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. Understanding of analytics and ability to enhance data analytics created by junior staff.
  8. Willingness or ability to travel as needed (20% on average).
