Job Title: Manager, Biopharma Commercialization & Analytics
Location: Boston OR New York OR Remote
This growing, privately owned consultancy specializes in making sense of complex data within the life sciences industry, assisting a broad portfolio of biopharma manufacturers in unlocking markets and ensuring patients have access to necessary medicines. As a Manager, you will:
Provide sound guidance to project teams and leadership with strong analytical thinking skills and content knowledge. Develop specific expertise based on experience, project work, and interest.
Fully own the development and delivery of high-quality, rigorously QC’d, and well-organized content.
Supervise day-to-day operations and brainstorm with leadership to identify future strategic opportunities.
Support the development of 1-5 junior team members. Monitor performance, provide feedback, identify needs, and offer coaching and training.
Problem-solver who distills complex information into actionable recommendations. Innovator who builds upon current work with novel analytic methodologies and business frameworks.
