The Instructional Designer Manager will oversee project management, document design, provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to colleagues within GTIL and member firms, focusing on instructional design for leadership development programs.
This role spans various specialist areas, including culture, diversity, coaching, leadership, and learning projects.
