The Instructional Designer Manager will oversee project management, document design, provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to colleagues within GTIL and member firms, focusing on instructional design for leadership development programs.

This role spans various specialist areas, including culture, diversity, coaching, leadership, and learning projects. Culture is our network’s key differentiator and strategic enabler, beginning with leadership and aligning with our strategic focus. The role supports our goal to develop an adaptive, agile, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture that fosters trust and sustainable growth.

This is a temporary global role (8-month contract) requiring coordination across multiple time zones and flexible working hours.

Main Responsibilities

  • Instructional design, document creation, project management, and contribution to leadership programs.
  • Design, develop, and document leadership programs for professionals at all levels.
  • Conduct assessments to identify leadership development needs.
  • Create processes, learning modules, communications, research papers, reports, and supporting documents for the P&C team.
  • Analyze, interpret, and provide recommendations based on project data.
  • Implement projects on leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness aligned with network strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and member teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

  • Effective stakeholder engagement supporting GTIL’s convening role.
  • Proactive in enhancing P&C deliverables to maximize value.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and cultural awareness skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven success in delivering projects and/or L&D programs.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Agile mindset, positive response to change, innovative, and globally minded.
  • Experience liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a global professional services environment with international stakeholders.
