The opportunity

This is a period of unprecedented change in the tax arena, which is resulting in huge demand for delivery of a wide range of Indirect Tax Advisory services. Your key responsibilities

• Lead and create effective teams with enthusiasm
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate go-to-market capabilities
• Ensure quality work delivery and manage the delivery team daily
• Supervise, coach, and mentor staff for development
• Contribute to people initiatives, including retention and training of international tax professionals
• Manage team strategy and operations, including junior staff development and assignments

Minimum qualifications

• Strong client relationship skills and commercial awareness
• Negotiation skills and resilience
• Business development experience
• Practical and commercial experience advising clients or in-house
• Effective time management and calmness under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team leadership and management skills

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services
• Project management skills
• ACA/ACCA/CA, Tax Inspector, Law qualification, or CTA
