The opportunity
This is a period of unprecedented change in the tax arena, which is resulting in huge demand for delivery of a wide range of Indirect Tax Advisory services. Your key responsibilities
- Lead and create effective teams with enthusiasm
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate go-to-market capabilities
- Ensure quality work delivery and manage the delivery team daily
- Supervise, coach, and mentor staff for development
- Contribute to people initiatives, including retention and training of international tax professionals
- Manage team strategy and operations, including junior staff development and assignments

- Deliver technically complex projects with technical excellence and practical approach

Minimum qualifications
- Strong client relationship skills and commercial awareness
- Negotiation skills and resilience
- Business development experience
- Practical and commercial experience advising clients or in-house
- Effective time management and calmness under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team leadership and management skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services
- Project management skills
- ACA/ACCA/CA, Tax Inspector, Law qualification, or CTA
