Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Manager in Training in the United Kingdom to learn how to run a busy store. You will work with experienced managers, gaining hands-on experience across store operations and leadership, with the aim of progressing to store management.

Training and ongoing support are provided to help you develop leadership and people-management skills. Applicants must have the right to work in the country.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and ready to develop leadership skills.
• Experience in hospitality or Domino’s role is a plus.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations.
• Lead and motivate team members during busy periods.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
• Learn store operations, standards, and compliance.
• Assist with nutrition of pizzas and other items.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist with stock, deliveries, waste, and supplies.
• Support cash handling and admin duties.
• Help recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Assist with local marketing and community events.
• Monitor performance and support delivery operations.
• Work across flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
