After completing a 16-week training programme, you will start with a salary of £26,520, excluding your OTE bonus. We will also provide training and support to help you become a Store Manager within 12-18 months.

Solent Pizza is an expanding Domino’s Franchise with 33 stores across Hampshire and Cardiff. We are seeking experienced Managers and Team Leaders who are operationally focused. Our main goal is to make and serve high-quality pizzas quickly, while caring for our customers and leading a large team efficiently.

The Trainee Manager role is a fast-paced, hands-on, career progression programme designed to give you valuable knowledge to become a Domino’s Manager in 12-18 months. We will support you throughout your career journey. If you can manage quality, speed, and people, you will produce great results as a Trainee Manager and beyond.

The Trainee Manager role starts at £24,310, with potential earnings exceeding £34,000 per year after completing the programme, plus performance-related bonuses.

Trainee Manager responsibilities include:

  • Managing food hygiene and store cleanliness
  • Controlling daily costs to impact profitability
  • Maintaining brand image and service standards, including presentation and customer service philosophy
  • Promoting efficiency to meet service standards
  • Upholding product quality
  • Leading and motivating a team of 40-50 staff
  • Managing KPI compliance
  • Problem solving and people management

Hours: Full-time, including evenings and weekends, contracted to hours per week.
