A financial institution in London is seeking a dedicated individual to support the property development team by managing the portfolio and ensuring due diligence on new cases. The ideal candidate will have strong literacy and numeracy skills, be IT proficient, and possess a keen interest in property development. This role offers a unique opportunity to foster relationships with borrowers and brokers in the dynamic property market.
To provide support to and work closely with the Senior Director / Director / Senior Manager - Property Development in managing their portfolio and progressing due diligence on new cases, alongside new business support where possible.
