Position: Manager HRBP

Our National Advisory HR Team is looking for a Manager HRBP to support Financial Advisory Services with the following responsibilities:

  1. Be the key HR point of contact, advising clients on all aspects of the talent agenda and experience.
  2. Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and FAS Leaders to deliver the BDO talent experience, positioning people for firm, professional, and personal success.
  3. Build and maintain strong, advisory relationships with FAS Leaders.
  4. Enable leaders to lead and effectively engage their teams.
  5. Advise leaders on talent-related matters including employee relations, engagement, performance, rewards, organizational structure, workforce planning, inclusion and diversity, development, acquisition, policy application, immigration, and contractor management.
  6. Partner with Centers of Expertise and lead change processes to transform and deliver the BDO Talent Experience.
  7. Work with the HR team to implement the National Talent Strategy across the group.
  8. Collaborate with the Senior Manager to shape the National Talent Strategy.
  9. Participate in or lead national HR projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Experience supporting Talent Strategy in a professional services organization, with a strong understanding of the Financial Advisory industry, roles, and culture.
  2. Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on results.
  3. High aptitude for advising clients and developing effective recommendations to enable leadership.
  4. Curious and proactive problem solver, developing solutions for firm, professional, and personal success.
  5. Ability to improve processes while managing multiple priorities in a complex, matrix environment.
  6. Comfortable facilitating presentations and discussions.
  7. Post-secondary education with a relevant degree or diploma, plus a CHRP/L designation completed or in progress.
