An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager to lead our client's existing and established team in their hugely successful branch based in Leeds. You will be accountable for maximising the business performance of the Hospitality & Catering team to increase its current success recruiting across a huge geographical boundary. You will be working for a highly respected agency in the market who take pride in being one of the Sunday Times Best 100 companies to work for.

You will be a strong leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. You will be working to create, develop and retain a high-calibre sales and service delivery team, to ensure they gain a competitive advantage and enhance their market share.

You will deliver effective forecasting and budgeting, ensuring business objectives are accomplished, whilst ensuring your team delivers a first-class recruitment service and the highest possible quality standards are adhered to.

Key Duties

1. Proactively driving sales, maximising revenue, and increasing profit margins; to ultimately increase the profitability and sales revenue of the team.
2. Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and ensuring that strategy is set and realised by the team.
3. Ensuring that all company operating policies and compliance procedures are adhered to and liaising with the compliance team with regard to audits and best practice methods, where necessary.
4. Full P&L responsibility, including forecasting and the setting of annual/quarterly budgets.
5. Ensuring that all members of the team provide the highest standard of professionalism to clients and candidates.
6. Supporting consultants on client visits where necessary and acting as an ambassador for our Clients' enviable brand.

The Successful Candidate:

You will have past experience of developing and sustaining new business, experience of mentoring a high-calibre sales team preferably within the Hospitality & Catering sector and will be commercially-focused, passionate and responsive, with the ambition and drive to succeed.

Educated to A-level standard.
