The Leadership within our client's Strategy & Transformation team are seeking to hire a high-performing and capable individual at the Manager level. This person will have broad strategy and/or transformation experience, either from consulting or in-house and can be considered regardless of sector expertise.

This team works closely with c-suite and senior executives to identify and execute transformation opportunities that add and protect value for shareholders, employees, and society. General responsibilities:

• Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with client counterparts, including as the day-to-day / key client contact on engagements.
• Take day-to-day responsibility for small projects and manage significant elements of large engagements.
• Co-ordinate the preparation of deliverables that span multiple workstreams, including the answers and challenges to the likely questions and responses of the client.
• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management activities.

Required experience:

• Proven experience working in a leading strategy house, Big 4 firm, public sector organisation or strategy / development / transformation team in industry.
• Strong understanding of the value drivers within the IM&D sector.
• Ability to manage small / medium sized teams or significant parts of complex projects or programmes.
• Demonstrable experience of managing project teams and taking responsibility for end-to-end delivery.
