Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company has been on a journey to build a networked global organization across more than 200 countries, combining the power of scale and deep local knowledge to drive sustainable growth. A vital element of this networked organization is Enterprise Services, which operates alongside the Center Domains/Functions and Operating Units. Enterprise Services serves as the backbone of our operational framework, delivering enterprise-wide scaled solutions and services.

This role sits within the Marketing, Customer & Commercial Leadership (CCL), and Public Affairs & Communications (PACS) Intelligence team within Enterprise Services. This team provides data and analytics solutions at scale, enabling cross-enterprise stakeholders in Marketing, CCL, and PACS to monitor business and brand performance and make more informed, data-driven decisions to foster topline growth and competitive advantage.

As we continue to enhance our capabilities in global Marketing and PACS data & analytics intelligence, we are focused on driving further end-to-end development of our intelligence from data capture to consumption. This effort aims to deliver distinctive, competitively advantaged scalable data and analytics measurement while ensuring operational excellence and service delivery are at the core of this transformation.

  2. Quantify the success of PACS communications campaigns and initiatives in conjunction with our internal and external partners
  3. Design and develop visualizations to support the needs of stakeholders and partners
  4. Refine our corporate reputation framework and ensure key attributes and data points are accounted for within the questionnaire
  5. Leverage corporate reputation, sustainability and communications data to provide strategic feedback and recommendations to local PACS leadership
  6. Design and oversee ad hoc research based on macro events, campaigns or issues, collaborating with Human Insights and other MCPI teams as needed
  7. Provide regular updates to local leadership teams on corporate reputation and overall PACS team performance
Deliverables
  1. Regular corporate reputation reporting, benchmarks and recommendations
  2. Ongoing internal and external communications performance
  3. KPI measurement for campaigns and events
  4. Ad hoc reporting as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in a Consumer Insights or Market Research role
  2. Ability to conceptualize frameworks and research models for communications, marketing and consumer insights problems
  3. Capable of tackling structured and unstructured problems while coordinating all phases of analysis from formulation to conclusions and recommendations
  4. Comfortable with large amounts of data and qualitative insights
  5. Clear and confident communicator and presenter
  6. Proven track record of using data to create strategic recommendations and narratives
  7. Experience working in networked, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
