Your Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service that sets us apart.
  • Payroll Oversight: Lead the end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely data collection, processing, and distribution that align with our high standards of KPIs and SLAs.
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead client projects, consulting on process improvements and identifying risks and opportunities to enhance service delivery.
  • Data Validation: Conduct thorough payroll data validations and reconciliation analyses to proactively identify and mitigate high-risk areas.
  • Tailored Solutions: Manage client-specific requirements, including payroll mapping and global cost tracking, ensuring seamless collaboration with payroll and third-party vendors.
  • Compliance Support: Assist clients with accurate year-end reporting, compensation summaries, and other compliance-related documentation, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to provide clients with actionable insights, empowering them to make informed decisions about their mobility programs.
  • Innovative Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and collaborate with our tech teams to implement groundbreaking solutions.
  • Mentorship and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members in a multi-geographic hybrid structure, fostering a culture of skill development and collaboration.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in global mobility, expatriate tax, or global payroll management.
  • Experience managing hybrid teams across multiple geographical locations.
  • Strong background in managing complex datasets, particularly compensation data for mobile employees.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace, data analysis tools, data visualization software, and project management applications.
  • Understanding of global payroll compliance and expatriate tax knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver outstanding customer service and manage complex client relationships effectively.
