An established industry player is seeking a dynamic leader for a pivotal role in their Guernsey Funds business. In this role you will lead a small team, within the corporate team of the Guernsey Funds business supporting team members to work individually and collaboratively.
You will need to have proven experience within a senior funds and corporate position, especially in respect of broad administrative matters, governance services, fund accounting and financial statements preparation. You will need to have the ability to lead and motivate a team, with knowledge of relevant accounting, legal and regulatory matters affecting funds under administration. You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure, with strong IT skills.
