Job description

Great role opportunity assisting in providing high levels of client service and ensuring staff achieve objectives and deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Convening board meetings, producing minutes and resolutions.
  2. Developing client relationships.
  3. Monitoring developments in legal and regulatory frameworks related to funds work at local and international levels.
  4. Discussing regulatory changes that may affect the business, generating recommendations or proposed resolutions.
  5. Identifying marketing and new business opportunities.
  6. Assisting with projects and reporting suspicious transactions.
  7. Overseeing deadlines for statutory and regulatory filings.
  8. Participating in technical accounting discussions.
  9. Reporting matters involving litigation, potential litigation, claims, and potential claims.

The successful candidate should hold relevant qualifications and be a member of the appropriate professional body. They should have at least 10 years of experience in the finance industry, including 3 to 5 years of management experience. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of offshore fiduciary services, financial markets, and general finances. Proven experience in handling complex offshore fiduciary issues and strong client relationship management skills are essential. The candidate should demonstrate strategic understanding and commercial acumen, with exposure to marketing and business development initiatives. Strong organizational, presentation, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are required, along with knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
