Great role opportunity assisting in providing high levels of client service and ensuring staff achieve objectives and deadlines; convening board meetings, producing minutes and resolutions; developing client relationships; monitor developments in legal and regulatory framework relating to funds work at local and international level; discussing changes to regulation which might affect business, generating recommendations or proposed resolutions; identifying marketing/other new business opportunities; assisting with projects; reporting suspicious transactions; overseeing deadlines for statutory and regulatory filings; take part in technical accounting discussions; reporting matters involving litigation, potential litigation, claims and potential claims.
The successful candidate should hold relevant qualifications and be a member of relevant professional body, with at least 10 years’ experience of Finance Industry Business, with at least 3 to 5 years’ management experience; comprehensive knowledge of offshore fiduciary services, financial markets and finances in general; proven track record in handling complex offshore fiduciary issues and strong client relationship management; ability to grasp issues at strategic level and demonstrate commercial acumen; exposure to marketing and business development initiatives; strong organisation, presentation, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills; knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory framework.
