What You'll Do:

Reporting to the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Manager will be responsible for financial planning activities and the effective operation of the company’s critical financial reporting systems (BPC, SAP). The Manager should have strong analytical and technical skills, along with a solid understanding of financial and accounting procedures to meet the needs of a public company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the preparation and administration of the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycle.
  2. Assist with maintaining the BPC Planning system and running BPC packages.
  3. Collaborate with finance leadership and key stakeholders to understand business performance drivers and prepare monthly reports.
  4. Manage the monthly rolling forecast process.
  5. Coordinate with the BPC Support and Technical Team on key projects and data validation.
  6. Prepare analysis for quarterly and annual public filings in collaboration with the Consolidations and Financial Reporting teams.
  7. Assist with client planning models in BPC and troubleshoot issues to support budgeting and forecasting needs.
  8. Support quarterly reporting, including transfer pricing processes and coordination with Endeavor’s Tax department.
  9. Develop ad hoc reports and financial models to improve month-end close and forecast cycles.
  10. Facilitate integration of new acquisitions at reporting, master data, and budgeting levels.
  11. Manage 2 direct reports.
  12. Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting.
  2. Preferred prior FP&A experience.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial systems, statements, and reports preferred.
  4. Strong preference for SAP and BPC experience.
  5. Ability to prioritize and solve problems efficiently.
  6. Experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
  7. Prior supervisory experience in people management and talent development.
  8. Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  1. B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  2. CPA or MBA is desirable but not required.

Working Conditions:

  1. Location: City Road and Chiswick Park offices.
  2. Working hours: 35 hours/week.
  3. Workdays: Monday to Friday.
