Job Description:

Rutronik Racing is looking for you as a motivated Manager for Logistics and Equipment(m/f/x) at our headquarter in Remchingen, Germany. If you are looking for new challenge and want to contribute your skills, join our young and dynamic team.

Job Objectives:

  • Planning and deployment of transport logistics
  • Management and maintenance of racing equipment
  • Procurement and management of consumables
  • Care and maintenance of transport vehicles
  • Assuming logistics tasks in the workshop and at the racetrack

Tasks:

  • Planning logistics operations for racing events
  • Creating loading plans and monitoring the loading process
  • Route planning, including consideration of general conditions
  • Fleet maintenance (service, workshop appointments, etc.)
  • Maintenance and preparation of equipment in coordination with the Crew Chief
  • Purchasing and inventory management of consumables
  • Driving transport vehicles according to specifications

Requirements:

  • Initial experience or professional qualifications in logistics
  • Independent, motivated, and diligent work ethic
  • Ability to work as a team and reliability
  • Flexible working hours and availability on weekends and holidays
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Class C/CE driver's license including driver qualification certificate and valid driver card desirable
  • Active in highly professional international motorsport
  • High level of personal responsibility
